Even chimps treat other members of their species better than we treat other humans. Sub-humans like this guy need to be treated like the worms they are.

I hope Peaches won’t let him live that long.

God bless that poor baby. At that age a rape could leave both mental and physical permanent damage. And the mother will never get over the guilt.

Actually, kids- especially at that age- are pretty resilient, thank goodness. The older they are, the tougher it gets to overcome the horror.

The new wrinkle is the internet.

Chances are someday the poor kid will be confronted by someone who says, ‘I read about you online. You were raped’. If it happens when the child is a bit older, the effect can be devastating, as you note.

As for the mother, my heart goes out to her.

As the father of a daughter, I don’t know what I would have done if someone assaulted her. I see red just thinking about it.
